Complete Iftar with Laban Up
No iftar is complete without the presence of Laban Up and it is often used to end the fast during the holy month. In Ramadan the body loses liquids, and our bodies need to drink more after Iftar in order to avoid dehydration.
Al Rawabi Laban Up is a healthy and refreshing drink that helps keep you hydrated. It is high in minerals, calcium, proteins, and vitamins, among other things. The taste, versatility, and nutritional benefits, such as promoting gut health, boosting your immune system, and benefiting your bones, digestion, and other bodily functions, have made Al Rawabi Laban Up a popular product for a variety of occasions, and it can be paired with a variety of sweet or savoury foods
Dates and Laban Up are traditionally eaten right after the sunset call to prayer, when Muslims break the fast. Although dates and a basic glass of Laban Up are traditional but also a smart food choice especially if you are eating out and have a buffet in front of you.
The brain takes 20 minutes to recognize that food has been consumed and then sends signals to the rest of the body. Breaking your fast with Al Rawabi Laban Up and dates helps channelise this signals to the brain and prevents overeating. It is also popular to spice things up a touch by producing interesting and delectable delicacies like Date Shake.
