1.Add the GF flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
2.Then add in the egg, water Al Rawabi Greek Yoghurt Plain and gently fold in with a spoon.
3.Grease a frying pan with Oil and place it over a medium heat stove-top.
4.Add 3-4 tablespoons of the batter onto the pan and let cook for 2-4 minutes on each side.
5.Flip pancake and cook for 2-4 minutes on the other side as well.
6.When all pancakes are done, top pancakes with Greek Yogurt topping are made with ½ cup Al Rawabi Greek Yoghurt Plain, and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Also add fruits that you like and enjoy!
