Tater Tot Casserole with Mozzarella Cheese

Try the mouthwatering tater tot casserole with our special creamy mozzarella cheese for a perfect lunch to share with friends!

All you need is:

  • 12 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Al Rawabi Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Whole milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1kg Frozen potato tots
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced fresh chives

All you have to do is:

  1. Preheat oven to175°c. Whisk together eggs, AL Rawabi Mozzarella cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Arrange potato tots in a single layer (some will overlap) in a lightly greased (with cooking spray) 33 x 22-cm baking dish. Pour egg mixture evenly over potato tots. Sprinkle top evenly with Cheddar cheese.
  2. Bake in preheated oven until set and cheese is golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chives.
