Baked Sweet Potatoes

Enjoy the simple, easy-to-bake sweet potatoes that require only just a few easy steps! Serve with Al Rawabi Full Cream Fresh Yoghurt, Blueberries, and Granola.

All you need is:

  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 2 Tbsp Al Rawabi Full Cream Fresh Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Granola
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Start preparing your delectable meal right away!

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Prick sweet potatoes with a fork to allow steam to escape. Bake for 45 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are soft and can be pierced with a fork.

Add a dash of vanilla extract to the Al Rawabi Full Cream Fresh Yogurt, then open the sweet potatoes with a knife and top with granola, blueberries, and a dollop of yogurt. Serve right away.
