Spinach Sambousek

Ingredients

For the filling

  • 1 cup Al-Rawabi Sour Cream
  • Sambousek leaves
  • Drained frozen spinach
  • 1 pack of onion soup mix
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For dipping

  • 200g Al-Rawabi Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp oregano and dried basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the spinach, 1cup of Al-Rawabi Sour Cream sour, and onion soup mix in a bowl.
  2. Stuff the samosa leaves with the mixture and fry until golden.
  3. In another bowl, mix Al-Rawabi Sour Cream sour and olive oil, then top with Oregano and dried basil and parsley.
  4. Serve it as a dip for Samosa. Enjoy.
