Milk & Honey Panna Cotta is a light dessert that is sweet and creamy, made with Al Rawabi Full Cream Fresh Milk. It is so easy to make yet such an impressive dessert, perfect for any occasion.
All you need is:
For the Honey Panna Cotta
- 600ml AL Rawabi Full Cream Fresh Milk
- 6 Powdered gelatine
- 200ml Thick cream
- 75g Honey
- 2 Vanilla pods
For the Poached Apricots:
- 50g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod
- Fresh apricots
Start preparing your creamy dessert right away!
In a saucepan, bring the thick cream, AL Rawabi Full Cream Fresh Milk, honey, vanilla pods, and seeds to a boil; remove from the heat and discard the vanilla pods.
Pour the mixture into the moulds and set aside to cool, then chill for 3-4 hours, or until set.
To make the poached apricots, fill the pan with 300ml (1⁄2pt) water, add sugar, vanilla pod, and scraped-out seeds. Place on a low heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the apricots and simmer for 5 minutes, until tender. Allow to cool. To serve, place the moulds on the plates and top with the apricots.
