Labneh salad with quinoa

This Ramadan, prepare a salad that will help keep you energised and active and is perfect for your suhoor meal. Use Al Rawabi Fresh Full Fat Labneh to make it today.

All you need is:

  • 375 ml Water
  • 200g white quinoa
  • 30g Dill
  • 30g Parsley
  • 120 ml Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 30g Al Rawabi Fresh Full Fat Labneh
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh mint

Start your healthy Suhoor Now

Place white quinoa and (375ml) water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat, add dried quinoa, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix well in a mixing bowl.

Spread labneh on plates. Top with quinoa Salad and carrots. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and season with sea salt.
