Ingredients
- 1 Ltr Al Rawabi Super Milk Full Cream
- 60g Al Rawabi Cream
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Ground Pistachio
- 2 Tbsp Saffron Milk
- ½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- In a thick bottomed pan take 1 litre of Al Rawabi Super Milk Full Cream and get to a boil.
- Once the milk comes to a boil, add cream and give a good stir.
- Simmer for 30 minutes and keep stirring in between.
- Add sugar and give it a good mix.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or till the milk thickens completely.
- Add chopped pistachios, saffron milk and cardamom powder.
- Mix and simmer furthermore for 5 minutes.
- Allow the thickened milk to cool completely. This may take at least an hour.
- After the milk is cooled completely, transfer them to kulfi moulds.
- Freeze the cups for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- Gently, remove the kulfi from the glass / mould and garnish with a few chopped pistachios.
- Serve immediately.
