Al Rawabi Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 170 g Al Rawabi Greek Yoghurt Plain
  • Oil
  • ¼ cup Almond flour
  • ¾ cup Gluten-free flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the GF flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Then add in the egg, water Al Rawabi Greek Yoghurt Plain and gently fold in with a spoon.
  3. Grease a frying pan with Oil and place it over a medium heat stove-top.
  4. Add 3-4 tablespoons of the batter onto the pan and let cook for 2-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Flip pancake and cook for 2-4 minutes on the other side as well.
  6. When all pancakes are done, top pancakes with Greek Yogurt topping are made with ½ cup Al Rawabi Greek Yoghurt Plain, and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Also add fruits that you like and enjoy!
