Ingredients
- 170 g Al Rawabi Greek Yoghurt Plain
- Oil
- ¼ cup Almond flour
- ¾ cup Gluten-free flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Ginger
- ¼ tsp Cardamom
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Water
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the GF flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
- Then add in the egg, water Al Rawabi Greek Yoghurt Plain and gently fold in with a spoon.
- Grease a frying pan with Oil and place it over a medium heat stove-top.
- Add 3-4 tablespoons of the batter onto the pan and let cook for 2-4 minutes on each side.
- Flip pancake and cook for 2-4 minutes on the other side as well.
- When all pancakes are done, top pancakes with Greek Yogurt topping are made with ½ cup Al Rawabi Greek Yoghurt Plain, and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Also add fruits that you like and enjoy!
