Ingredients
For the filling
- 1 cup Al-Rawabi Sour Cream
- Sambousek leaves
- Drained frozen spinach
- 1 pack of onion soup mix
- Vegetable oil for frying
For dipping
- 200g Al-Rawabi Sour Cream
- 1 tsp oregano and dried basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Combine the spinach, 1cup of Al-Rawabi Sour Cream sour, and onion soup mix in a bowl.
- Stuff the samosa leaves with the mixture and fry until golden.
- In another bowl, mix Al-Rawabi Sour Cream sour and olive oil, then top with Oregano and dried basil and parsley.
- Serve it as a dip for Samosa. Enjoy.
